Law enforcement seized over 113 million pills in 2024.  Testing reveals that more than 99% of them are fake and made with illicit fentanyl.  A fatal dose of fentanyl is small enough to fit on the tip of a pencil and some of these pills have enough fentanyl to kill multiple people.  These fake pills are being sold to our children on social media apps like Snapchat.
